It is dedicated to ‘Fossile 3’, the sculpture by artist Giorgia Sanlorenzo that is part of the TerrEmerse circuit of Monferrato and is located within the estate.
100% Freisa.
- Destemming without crushing the berries.
- Cold maceration for 24 hours, fermentation with pumping over in stainless steel.
- Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Freisa ‘Emersa,’ a rediscovered wine: an essence emerging from its brilliant deep red color, enveloping and mysterious. Obtained through prolonged skin maceration, this aromatic wine becomes a storyteller of ancient tales and rediscovered traditions.
With its prolonged maceration period, Freisa takes on unique nuances, revealing intense aromas and enveloping tannins on the palate, carefully crafted.
Aging in barrels, like a journey of growth, gives the wine a deep complexity and a unique character.
