Pinot Nero Brut Metodo Classico

Timeless rosé. 120 months ageing on the lees, Monferrato in every bubble.

The Estate continues the tradition of shaping its oenological identity with the same material that inspired artists of the past.

The clayey territory has always played a fundamental role in local artistic creation as well as in the production of wines at Tenuta Fiammenga..

Inside the charming farmhouse, among stone walls and ancient beams, there is a terracotta statue depicting San Lorenzo, a tangible symbol of the artistic past of the Estate and the deep connection between winemaking, sculptural art, and the territory from which the raw material, clay, originates.

Therefore, Tenuta Fiammenga is considered not only a sanctuary of elegance and culture, but also an important wine destination in the heart of Monferrato.

        100% Pinot Noir.

        • Destemming without crushing the berries.
        • Aging for 120 months followed by disgorgement in spring.

Classic Method: Pinot Noir is a symphony of colors, because of a 120 months on lees ageing, a tribute to the unique territory of Monferrato.

Produced from a partially uprooted vineyard, it’s a truly unique wine. Its delicate pink nuances is a canvas of ripe strawberries and floral notes with an enveloping and complex taste, where the prolonged ageing on the lees extracts the quintessence of the material.

The fine and persistent perlage with the creamy aftertaste reveal the essence of a Metodo Classico of great inspiration, celebrating the uniqueness of the Monferrato lands.
